The beginning of our activities in May 1993 coincides with the first legalization in the field of industrial property rights in the independent Republic of Belarus having come into force on February 7, 1993.

Our activities at present

At present we are representing the interests of our clients both in obtaining patents of inventions, industrial designs, registration of trademarks and in eleciting an illegal utilisation of subjects of industrial property rights.

We also conduct searches and give support in any kind of legal questions in relation to industrial property rights. We are involved in any kind of industrial spheres, e.g. engineering industry, instrument-making industry, radio engineering, chemistry and chemical industry, medicine, biology, physics, computer techniques, astronomy (in the sphere of exploration of inner and outer space).

What we have achieved

We already co-operate with patent attorneys and companies, among them are well- known ones, from all over the world.

As the result of our non-standard approach when solving some problems connected with protection of the owners' interests in the field of intellectual property right, we have received a power of attorney from 153 applicant firms, filing applications for inventions, and from 237 firms, filing applications for trademarks.
