Mrs. ELENA N. BELIAEVA
A chief of the Patent Bureau, one of the first Patent Attorneys in the
history of our young state. She earned a 20-year practice in the field of
industrial property rights in the former USSR and abroad.
And she was registered as a Euroasian Patent Attorney.
She attends many international conferences as a member of AIPPI, INTA, LES.
And also she is responsible for intellectual property maintenance services of
the firm.
